Food Defense

Food defense is a key priority for the U.S. meat and poultry industry. AMI supports the President's Department of Homeland Security and the involvement of the U.S. Department of Agriculture in many security initiatives. AMI works with its members and other parties to ensure that these government entities enhance domestic security in the most effective way possible.
