Percy James manages the production center for the American Meat Institute. He joined AMI in 1973. James manages the printing, graphics and mail operations of the Institute, including production of brochures, promotional literature and direct mail campaigns. He also oversees AMI's in-house photography operation. He earned his Associates of Arts in sociology from Crane Junior College, Chicago, and is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography.
