	The AMI Human Resources Policy Committee outlines and develops educational resources to address the challenges of human resources professionals in the meat and poultry industry. The Committee works in conjunction with the AMI Worker Safety Committee, to develop the annual AMIF Worker Safety, Health and Human Resources Conference. The Committee also addresses issues such as employment policy, wages, worker retention and immigration policy.
